I take a look into URS Federal Services which later became URS Corporation. I look into the many different areas and how some of these companies do work with our military as well as many other industries. Richard Blum Diane Feinstein's husband was part owner at one time of URS Federal Services. He had been an investor since 1975 when he formed Blum Capital Partners. One of his early forays into investing, was a financial interest in URS Federal Services. In January of 2012, Blum's firm scored a contract from the U.S. Army worth 600 million dollars.
