A recommendation for Rumble. How the monetization process should work

I think that the rumble team should implement a jury system in order to have videos approved for monetization. A random pool of 1000 users, whose accounts are in good standing, can vote on whether or not a video should be monetized. This would take the pressure off of the rumble staff to review the videos manually
