That’s what 48 States and the FTC are looking to do to Facebook over claims of antitrust violations.
The FTC is filing twin suits against the company and 48 states are backing the claims that Facebook violated the law.
Attorneys General from the states, including New York, accuse Facebook of illegally using its power to push out rivals and buy out up-and-coming competitors such as Instagram and WhatsApp.
