Cloudy Friday as rain moves in mid-day with possible rain-snow mix

Friday morning will start mainly cloudy with the chance for developing fog. By mid-day rain moves in and will continue through Friday night. The rain will be heavy at times and will mix with snow for areas away from the lakeshore.
