Author, speaker and former Sheriff Richard Mack had a nearly twenty year career in law enforcement. While serving as Sheriff in Graham County Arizona, he faced a mandate from the federal government called the "Brady Bill" which was an unconstitutional order relating to gun control.

Sheriff Mack decided to sue the federal government and ended up winning in the Supreme Court, making him the first sheriff in American history to do that!

Now Sheriff Mack is retired from law enforcement and has since started the CSPOA, which is the Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association. This organization is dedicated to educating law enforcement as well as citizens on the power of our Constitution.
