MO, AR, LA, MS, SC & UT Join Trump and Texas Officially In SCOTUS Lawsuit, No Dem States Do The Same

As noted, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Utah join in an official capacity the Texas Lawsuit presented to the Supreme Court. President Trump and 106 House Republicans are also joining the suit as well (the House in a similar capacity to the remaining 12 States in an Amici capacity). Several Democrat states have joined the Plaintiff side in a friend-of-the-court capacity, but none had the fortitude to do the same. Alaska may join in, but you know, they were slow on the reading.

Pennsylvania's House Majority Leader and Speaker of the house have also filed support... FOR TEXAS.

It's up to the Supreme Court now if they ultimately take the case.
