Metal Detecting 207 finds old silver while exploring Damariscotta, Maine

Metal Detecting 207 is a small private group of local detectorists in the Mid Coast, Maine area that love recovering history and exploring the old colonial history of what Maine has to offer. Today we went back to a field near the DRA which runs along a beautiful river and has a breath taking landscape and rolling hills.
We had 1 hour of day light left and we found some great coins in areas which we had already detected a few months prior.
