On This Episode:

- The national media is once again using Senator Mitt Romney as their token “reasonable” republican.

- Cynthia Johnson, Michigan Democrat, has issued what could only be taken as a threat against Trump supporters. Civil War is trending, I argue that the civil war has already begun.

- Newsmax got a ratings win over Fox News in the 7:00 hour from 25-54 year-olds. It is interesting to watch the audience shift post-election.

- Dianne Feinstein is reportedly experience cognitive decline. It is not wrong to have concern over the cognitive issues of out elected officials.

- Update on markets and unemployment numbers and how lockdowns and national mask mandates are wrong.

- The restaurant industry has quite possibly been the hardest industry hit during COVID. Not because of the virus, but because of the arbitrary nature of the security theater being inflicted on their industry.

The Big Story:

The Texas election lawsuit now has 17 states backing it up. The path is slim, but the lawsuit has value. This is a constitutionality discussion that impacts us all.

Nancy Pelosi has made it clear that there was no intention to make a decision on COVID relief until after the election. Illinois Senator Dick Durbin says the decision to reject the $1.8 Trillion White House deal was not a mistake, it was because of the election. They believe the ends justify the means.

If the Political Left is willing to lockdown Midwest Main Street and blackmail the people with their own money, why wouldn’t they get duplicitous in elections?

The Texas case is about willful disregard for the Constitution. It impacts all of us, and not just in elections.
