Quick time lapse video of a part we used to run on our #VF-2. We were running them 2 at a time, but with 4 operations, it was giving us a lead time of a week for 100 parts.

Now, on our new #UMC500SS, we’re doing them in 2 operations, 1 at time, and the same 100 parts goes from 7 business days, to 3.

#CAM was done in #Fusion360. Post is a custom post that I’ve taken from Autodesk, and made my own. Super fast on the indexing, but also safe. If you need help with posts or programming, you can find me on #Rumble, @Kkerfoot14.
