Learn how to organize everything pertaining to the maintenance you need completed in your guest rooms~!
I have never met nor have seen a Director of Engineering that walked down hotel rooms to make lists of needed repairs~! That type of Director of Engineering/Supervisor does not exist, but so many times we think they should be more involved.
It makes sense that you should make these lists and organize them because you are in the rooms and in public areas every day.
I will teach you how to find and organize the "Punch List" that provides efficiency for maintenance members of your team. The Engineering department Staff is very busy doing repairs and maintenance, so You will map out where they need to go in an efficient manner.
