Testimony of Clinton Curtis, on 2001 election, Yang Enterprises, black goo, secret space program

I examine the testimony of Clinton Curtis from December 13th, 2004. He mentions a Mr. Yang of Yang Enterprises, Nasa, and how he was asked to create a prototype program that could fix an election. I talk about black goo and I talk about a theory I have that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are infected with the black goo. Which would explain both of their eyes going completely black in some photos that surfaced. Biden was accused by some of wearing a contact lens during the debate with Trump that text could be sent and read from. His light colored eyes changing to dark has never been explained or talked much about. Does the SSP use black goo as a form of control of its senior officers?
