Step 4: push for mail in voting, interjecting as many fake ballots as needed because "He's not their president." Same goes for voting machine software "glitches."
Step 5: despite 4 years of RussiaDidIt! Deny any possibility of foreign interface despite a country heavily investing in the candidate which the propaganda outlets declared win, even though the electoral college hasn't certified their votes yet.
Step 6: get caught because it's pretty heavy handed and obvious.
