Attempted dog poisoning by Neighbor

My dog has been sick for a few weeks now on and off and I and the wife thought that was kinda weird and we have been having problems with the 35-year-old women next door to us so we thought she just might be trying to poison our dog so I swung my back camera over to that side of my fence to see if anything was being put over the fence and this is what I happen to capture her throwing this roadkill of my fence to poison my dog now we are just waiting for the cops to show up and have her charged for this. And what a role model for a 14-year-old as that is the age of the other person in this video Her and her teenage posse

Update 2020,11,01 The cops came and nothing was done they said they could fine her for littering but they didn't even do that I'm trying to get this out to the media but so far no luck but I'm not stopping at this as we have been having lots of problems with this person and the cops won't do anything for us her kids are bullying another person in the complex and they won't do anything the people that own the place where we live say if she's good for 30 days on the 31 st day she can go back to bothering us its bs

Finally, we are getting this bitch to court can't wait for it to start in a few weeks and then she calls the people that run this place and is making fails accusations something about wifi setting the bitch is crazy but we will let the judge make the decisions she doesn't like that I posted something she did was illegal she is mad about it it makes me laugh they want me to move my cams but until shes gone they stay that is our right as Canadian citizen is to keep our property safe and if the people running this place don't want to keep us safe then Im going to and the only people that don't like cameras are the people that are dealing drugs or into criminal activity which I believe shes into both of them we can't trust the people that come around her place well lets hope this video will go viral and hit the 6 o'clock news one of these days it will just a matter of time
