1. Ensure "Research Mode" is checked in the Device Portal to allow access to sensor stream data (Developer option in Settings on device must be checked too).
2. The device must be running an "Insider FW" version, mine was set to the "Beta" channel = 19041.1369.vb_svc_sydney.200824-1257 (UUP-CTv2).
