Escort of Marine Sergeant Vinson Pelisari’s remains

Through East Deer Twp, police and fire escorted the body of recently passed Sergeant Vinson Pelisari U.S.M.C. Coming off of Route 28 escorted by PSP. NKPD picked up the procession at the former Sheetz in Creighton and proceeded into the city up 7th St. and driving by his family's home in the 1200 block of Strawn. The procession will then continued to Rusiewicz Funeral Home in Lower Burrell.

The funeral was Friday, December 4, and the funeral committal service was at the funeral home at 09:00. A procession took place to St. Pete's Church for a 10:00 mass.

We cannot forget the sacrifices that these people made providing for our freedom.
