Visiting our home base in Downtown Gainesville and Lori officiates a wedding!

In this episode we stuck by home because we only had a brief period on Sunday to vlog before leaving to go out of town for the Thanksgiving Holiday, which I'm kicking myself for NOT showcasing the beautiful dinner my mother made... That lady can make a holiday meal better than anyone I know. After Thanksgiving, we journeyed to a small town outside of Lexington, NC, where the majority of my mom's siblings and their children live so that I could officiate the wedding of one of my younger cousins. We didn't have an opportunity to feature a local restaurant as we normally like to do. Instead, we kept it simple and cooked one of our HelloFresh (best stuff ever) meals.
For anyone interested, yes, I'm legally ordained and yes, I do travel to do weddings.
