Emergency Appeal Filed In United States Supreme Court Challenging The 2020 Election Results In PA

The Trump Campaign has submitted an emergency appeal to the United States Supreme Court that challenges the results of the 2020 election in Pennsylvania.

Ted Cruz broke the news via Twitter yesterday when he uploaded a copy of a letter he wrote arguing that the US Supreme Court should hear the case on an expedited basis.

This comes after mixed signals from PA Judges, some of whom have said the Trump campaign was quote “likely to succeed” based on the merits of their case, while other courts, including the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court have ruled AGAINST the President.

It’s important to note that the judges who have so far ruled against President Trump’s team were either Democrats or appointed by Obama.
