PA Supreme Court Rejects GOP Lawsuit On Mail-In Ballots, Claims The Suit Was Filed Too Late

The Pennsylvania Democratic Machine!

Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court has tossed out a challenge by the GOP to Act 77 related to mail in voting that was enacted last year, a move that vacates Patricia McCullough’s District Court order that blocked the state’s final steps of the 2020 election results certification.

The majority opinion stated that the GOP waited too long to file the suit, and that it was now too late since millions of Americans have already cast their votes in both the Primary and General Election this year.

It’s important to note that this action was not related to the Trump Campaign’s lawsuits in the state and is an entirely separate case, which we believe will prevail at the U.S. Supreme Court.
