You can enroll in Medicare Part A and/or Medicare Part B in the following ways:

Online at https://www.SocialSecurity.gov/

By calling Social Security at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY users 1-800-325-0778), Monday through Friday, from 7AM to 7PM.

In-person at your local Social Security office.

That that for example, you might still be working and don’t want to take part B Medicare it this time. The medication will delay part B and just sign up for part A.

Then when you’re ready to retire regardless of what age you are you can enroll in Medicare part B.
