This video demonstrates the SEG concept of electrical current flow in and out of the system (as traced by the looped wires).
Lorentz Force/ Flemming Rule

Out at the equator radially (like Saturns rings)
Then loops back around coming back in at the poles.
This dramatically shows why DC current through the rollers will set them into motion.
The magnetic motive force does indeed take place at the area where the rollers occupy. (around the outer circumference)
The electrical current interacts with the stator ring's general axial magnetic field at the correct 90° angle.
Unlike conventional DC motors, it works without conventional commutative contacts.
