I'm amazed when people throw up Jude to me in these debates, and I simply point them to the clear verse;

Jude 1:6
And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

See that? They're not here on earth and they certainly weren't running around impregnating human women. They have been in God's chains in outer darkness and won't be freed until it's time to stand judged and thrown into the lake of fire with Satan and the unrighteous not saved by the blood of the Lamb.
