This is the lawsuit that the 'Kraken' should have been.

Attorney General of Texas Ken Paxton dropped a nuclear bomb in the wee hours of the morning suing the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin for changing the methods of voting in their states, and thereby effecting the lawful will of other states in the General Election. Each state has specific claims and it is a long suit that is tailored to perfection.
AG Paxton is wasting no time by submitting the lawsuit directly to the Supreme Court of the United States as well.

The respective Attorney Generals are dismissing it with the tired old claims of 'baseless accusations and no evidence of fraud', but that's not the only thing the suit alleges. It alleges that each state violated their own State Constitution via different means.

You will not hear word one about this Lawsuit from the Media. The only thing you will hear about in regards to the Supreme Court is the misinformation regarding the Act 77 Lawsuit from earlier.

If this was so 'meritless', why would Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, South Dakota, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi and South Carolina all be signing? Attorney General's from Louisiana and Alabama have already issued formal supportive statements as well.
