Reinstall PS3 Slim Disc Drive the right way.

So we have a bonus video this month borne of my frustration of working on my PlayStation 3.
It is really difficult to reinstall a PS3 slim optical drive, and even harder to find a good video showing how to do it. #ps3 #repair

Well guess what? I found a better way that may even be the way it was done in the factory.
