Info from Licensor: "This is a well cared for stray cat that hangs around my babysitter's apartment complex. She is very friendly. I was putting my child in the car after work when my older child pointed out what was going on. It appeared the cat was walking on the fence to avoid mingling with another cat that is not in frame in the video. We had a good laugh."
