Salvation Army hit by pandemic, in need of volunteers and donations

The Salvation Army has felt the impact of the pandemic - usually they have around 20 bell ringers collecting donations around Kern County, but this year they can only have eight. They say volunteers and donations help them continue to provide necessary services in the community.
