Heart beating outside of chest - female guppy with a chest hernia

A few weeks back I was gifted a pregnant female guppy. Sometimes guppies become so swollen with fry they can develop hernias. Unfortunately for this beautiful girl, she developed one on her chest. If you look closely, you can see part of her heart is visible outside of the chest cavity. It is still covered by skin, but she really suffered while giving birth. She has been tiring easily... I'm going to have to do right by her. I uploaded this video for educational purposes to show one of the complications that can happen related to breeding these highly fertile fish.
