1 Tbsp [vegan] Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp dried coriander
1 tsp smoked (or regular) paprika
Sourdough bread
Sauerkraut
[Vegan] thousand island

If you don't mind this dish not being fully vegan (if you're just looking to substitute the "meat" part), you can most certainly use regular Worcestershire & regular thousand island!) ✨
