Angela Marsden, the owner of a Los Angeles restaurant Pineapple Hill Saloon and Grill, blasted the city's (and state's) Democratic leadership after she saw tents and tables set up for a movie production company that was just a few feet away from her outdoor dining facility that she's apparently not allowed to use because of COVID-19.
