Zinc pills up to 200 mg for 1-3 days with green tea and/or garlic. Grass fed steak might help a little, but not fast enough to do well.
Press the garlic into molten butter and maybe add curry (anti-inflammatory) and cheese for flavour.

Maybe 100 gram of liver if they suspect vitamin A and B-shortages

But otherwise: FAST! Absolutely no bread or sugar! Cream, butter and steak/liver only and some 16 hours per day of no food.
