Henri Morales Swim Review - Ferrell Swim Tech

This video was made for Henri Morales, a member of Team Zoot Triathalon Ambassador Team. He is looking to break the minute barrier in the 100 freestyle. He sent me footage and I did a review and gave my thoughts.
Major items reviewed:
1. Stroke turnover rate - How to go from a distance stroke to a sprinter stroke.
2. Sprinter V. distance mindset - Biggest difference is with the rotational technique.
3. Breathing - Only breathe 3-4 times per 25yd lap.
4. Pull path - Make sure to hit your belly button with your hand = Most optimal hand positioning.
5. Kicking - Make sure your legs are not bending and go baby go in terms of speed. You only have a minute, your legs should hold up Mr. Ironman :)
6. "Catch" - Make sure your fingers are pointed "backward" instead of flexed forward - Makes your hands slip every stroke and you lose power. It's like having a squishy crankset on a bike.
7. Streamline - Arms between the head, hand over hand, overlap the thumb of the hand on top over the bottom hand and REACH.

Hope these tips help. Let me know if you need any clarification or would like some additional info!
