Backstreets - AvP2 Custom Map (Complete Playthrough)

Map review:

Backstreets is marine-based skirmish map that takes place in a grungy looking city. The level layout consists of various streets, dark alleys, an underground section and even some rooftop areas. As the marine the player doesn't have much access to the higher ground areas except for the elevated train tracks. There are neat references to AvP2 players and websites scattered across the map too.

Map difficulty is pretty hard as the aliens spawn immediately and are relentless. The only real way to stay alive is to stay underground as the alien npcs are too dumb to navigate there. Most of the aliens are drones and runners, but there are triggers hidden about to spawn other alien types. There is a way to get to the exosuit (via torch and hacking tool), but I didn't opt for it in my playthrough. It's a good map, but I preferred the multiplayer version over the skirmish. I recommend this map to players looking for a tougher challenge in skirmish maps.
