Chinese elite arrogantly proclaims they've been using Wall Street and Biden to influence the US

In a speech recorded November 28, 2020, a member of the Chinese elite talked about how the CCP has used Wall Street to get inside influence of the United States in the past few decades.
The speaker, Zhai Dongsheng, is the deputy dean of the School of International Relations of Renmin University in China, the deputy director and secretary-general of the Center for Foreign Strategic Studies of the Communist Party of China, and a distinguished researcher of the International Monetary Institute.
