Please note the cameo from our old friend "Bumbling Joe" Biden, who (eloquently as ever) attempts to help us in understanding "our" role and commitment toward creation and effective maintenance of a "New World Order" in accordance with set guidelines from the United Nations, Council on Foreign Relations, World Economic Forum, etc.
