Ok so we have video before and after election with Ruby

Now if saw the first video of everyone getting kicked out and then suite cases of ballots comes from under a tablet. Well I think I have figured out where they came from and someone needs to be questioned at the county office for setting this up.
1. No return address on the ballots
2. No one can see what she is doing with them
3. The amount of ballots show in office video is about if not exact amount that would fit in all those suite cases
4. Who was her manager at the office video?
5. All the ballots that came out of the suite cases were already unfolded.
