In this episode of Drag The Waters, Toomey sits down with two great artists. Matt Byrne of Hatebreed checks in to talk about the influence that Pantera, and specifically, Vinnie Paul had on him. He shares some great stories about touring experiences with Hatebreed.

Following, Megadeth bassist David Ellefson shares many of the great stories about touring, playing with and friendship with the Pantera guys over the years. Additionally, Ellefson shares some insight to his new fictional novel THE SLEDGE CHRONICLES: ROCK STAR HITMAN. They look at how the book "sort of" mirrors his own life, the development of the characters and more. Ellefson also talks about their recent string of gigs and how they approached them due to COVID protocols.
