Thursday evening is breezy with temps in the 20s

The west breeze has been over 20 mph keeping wind chills in the 20s and 30s. We keep the breeze overnight with a few clouds and lows near 32 in Milwaukee to mid-20s inland. Friday has a few clouds and is pleasant with highs near 40 and a light breeze.
