1:72 scale model of the CPR “Empress of Russia”

This is a scratch built model of the beautiful ship Empress of Russia built in 1913 for the Canadian Pacific Railways Co. by the Fairfield Shipbuilding and Engineering in Glasgow. The model is 2.4m long(approx. 8’) and it took more than 3,000 hours to complete. This was a commission for a Canadian client.
