I was inspired to make this omelet teriyaki cheeseburger by watching one of Mark Wiens's video in Hat Yai, Thailand. The chef in the video split his burger patty in half, halfway through cooking. As you can see I'm not that talented so there is no burger patty splitting. I will definitely need to practice more on spreading the egg so when it's time to wrap the meat patty, the egg layer will not be as thick.

Overall, it was fun trying to make it. Even though the FAILS is very visible.
