Chicagoans Have Suffered For Generations Under State & Local Leaders
I grew in Chicago, zip code 60647. Some call it, "The Ghetto". Well, I guess you can say that I grew up in "The Ghetto". We were poor, in the ghetto, we call it po' because we couldn't afford the 'o' & 'r'.
I visit people in the 60651 zip code, the west side of Chicago. It's no lie when I tell you that the LOCAL LEADERS control, and work for reforms needed in your communities.
