The City of Cape Town’s Mayoral Committee Member for Energy and Climate Change, Councillor Phindile Maxiti, launched of its first public electric vehicle (EV) charger on Wednesday, 2 December 2020. He was joined by the City’s Executive Deputy Mayor, Alderman Ian Neilson, other dignitaries, sponsors and private sector knowledge partners.
