"This is a recent SCOTUS case decided on June 25, 2018. The case involved a 2011 redistricting case, with Latino citizens of Texas arguing the Texas legislature had engaged in an illegal redistricting that amounted to a “racial gerrymandering” scheme designed to break up Latino voters into districts where the Latinos were minorities, with the goal to prevent the Latino voters involved from electing Latinos to the U.S. House of Representatives. The Latinos argued that they were being denied equal voting rights under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution which forbids any action by a state government that results in the Constitutional rights of one group of citizens being less than equal to the Constitutional rights of another group of citizens. On its face, the Texas gerrymandering scheme was the type of anti-minority redistricting measure SCOTUS has declared unconstitutional since the 14th Amendment was ratified on July 9, 1868, some 152 years ago.

But in this case, Chief Justice Roberts joined the majority SCOTUS decision that concluded the Texas redistricting plan was constitutional."

The Perez logic is directly transferrable to the election fraud case(s) that will be elevated to SCOTUS, and Roberts will be compelled to apply that same logic to establish the Trump win.

Donald Trump always looks like he's going to lose just before he wins.
