Shaping a Primitive Arrow Shaft
Brian shows us how to make a primitive arrow shaft from Dogwood. It's a good wood to use for an arrow because it grows pretty straight. However, there will be some irregularities in the shaft but you can correct those, as Brian explains.
In part 2, Brian will show how to select stone for the arrowhead and how to flintknap and shape the arrowhead.
