Here, we present it in a simple and short recipe to make at home instead of buying the sauce ready and canned.

Tips :

If the sauce is thick, add a little liquid milk to dilute it, and you can also increase its thickness by increasing the flour.
To keep the color of the bechamel white when cooking it, we add white pepper instead of black pepper.
