Dale Wilcox on IRLI's Victory in the WashTech Case

Dale Wilcox, executive director and general counsel at the Immigration Reform Law Institute, appeared with Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak on Breitbart News Tonight to discuss IRLI's lawsuit on behalf of the Washington Alliance of Technology Workers against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The U.S. Court of Appeals reversed a lower court ruling that will allow the plaintiffs to proceed in a case challenging the use of Optional Practical Training (OPT), which unlawfully permits non-student aliens to remain and work in the United States on student visas after graduation.
