Wounded Warrior Bill of Rights // Arc of Justice // Major (Ret) William Ostan

Should active duty military commanders be in charge of wounded warriors or bureaucrats who have never commanded troops in combat?

Major (Ret.) Will Ostan deployed with a special ops task force to Afghanistan in 2012 and was exposed to an environmental toxin that caused a life-altering / extreme debilitating autoimmune illness.

Will was supposed to receive up to one year of medical treatment but instead, a newly created bureaucratic agency illegally kicked him out of the army without the chance to get healthy and continue his service.

This is happening to countless other wounded warriors.

Even senior leaders from the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force have confirmed in an August 5th, 2020 memo that the Defense Health Agency has failed our wounded warriors.

This failure is creating the next generation of homeless veterans and contributing to the epidemic of 22 military suicides per day.

We need 100,000 signatures on our petition within 30 days so we can pass the Wounded Warrior Bill of Rights and restore the authority over wounded warrior care back to the military where it’s been for over 245 years. #fight4heroes
