Dominion Tech - Xavier Khouri is caught on video inserting a USB into the main computer frame of the Dominion system at the voting center, then removing USB & inserting into a laptop. Later he palms the USB and leaves with it.

Could be a reasonable explanation, but this was also reported to happen in other districts by observers. What was on the USB drive? Why was it removed?
