city of manitowoc proof of admiralty law in artwork

no city in America will openly admit that they are a corporate entity allegiant to only one, itself. We are only strawmen, useless eaters. this piece of artwork says it all. of course they removed the flag with gold fringe which is also a sign of admiralty law. btw, admiralty law does not operate in agreement to the God given American constitution. But, the statutes associates with its entity are used freely excercised outside of our permission. nevertheless, because we have not refused consent, they proceed legally. I however, am not a strawman and not under these legal entanglements, I am a Sovereign free man living on the land which is America.
