SCOTUS Fires Shots at and Destroys Andrew Cuomo in the Name of First Amendment and Religious Freedom

Andrew Cuomo thought he could target churches and synagogues with his coronavirus executive orders by banning and/or severely restricting religious services. He also thought he could get away with it too. The US Supreme Court disagreed with him in regards to both. In a 5 to 4 decision, they ruled that religious services cannot be infringed on, banned, or restricted. Their doing this has now paved the way for other lawsuits to be brought against coronavirus measures that violate people’s constitutional rights. This is just the beginning of them.
