Sen. Mastriano on Newsmax: PA State Legislature on Path to Reclaim Electoral Votes Due to Fraud

Today, PA State Sen. Doug Mastriano, 33rd Senate District, led the way and introduced to the Senate and House a Joint Resolution, "Disputing the 2020 General Election." It reasserts the Constitutional authority of the State Legislature, which was usurped by the Governor and Secretary of State.

If signed by enough Republican members, it would invalidate the election certification, which Matriano describes as a "corrupted process," and the State Legislature would then "correct" it by determining the electors. The Resolution (available at the link below) was sponsored by senators David J. Arnold, Jr., Michele Brooks, and Mario M. Scavello.
