CNN Calls Out Smartmatic for Fraud in 2004 Recall Election

CNN (actually doing some investigative reporting in 2004) finds the Smartmatic was likely behind the fraudulent 2004 election in Venezuela. Ironically, the bottom third graphic reads "Democracy at Risk". Wonder what has changed in their view of elections, since 2004?
